Welcome to Focus On NOVA Real Estate. My name is Tracey Barrett and my business is based on four principles: (1) Exceptional Customer Service, (2) Attention to Detail, (3) Honesty, and (4) Commitment.
Through practicing these principles I've earned recognition as an Award Winning Top-Producing Realtor® including Top-10 Individual Producer with C21 in the Mid-Atlantic States, C21 Quality Service Award, C21 Centurion Producer®, and NVAR Top-Producer.
I grew up in the FCPS system, hold a BS in Biology from Mary Washington, and a BS of Nursing from George Mason. Prior to real estate I practiced as an Infectious Disease Clinical Research Nurse. Methodology of medicine, delivered compassionately, directly translates into my real estate practice.
Guiding sellers and buyers through the often complicated real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth transaction is the goal for every client.
