My only note would be that, on bolt close, the hand lands with the thumb hooked around the stem of the bolt handle, which would be quite uncomfortable. The technique is really to have the ball of the handle in the middle palm and sort of "swipe" it right rather than twist the wrist. The psuedo camming-surface that ball rides on is the thenar eminence of the palm.
