Hi guys, I started my you tube channel because I enjoy eating food, and I am always trying new experiments and inventions that my wife is always making, she is an excellent cook, I am the guinea pig when it comes to tasting her salsas, and new dishes. She will never make the same dish twice exactly the same she always has to change it up with a new ingredients, or spices. But back to me, lol.... I am an adventurous eater and I have been able eat at many restaurants from the Valley, aka Tip o Texas, all the way to Washington State, Chicago, and in between....I kinda wish I could of had started you tube during all those traveling moments, however hopefully you enjoy my videos, I will upload at least once a week, never know if I am going to do a challenge, home cooked meals, or fast food....sometimes I will throw in a few rare eats!!!!
