We arrived just after the sand storms, and left just before corona, right when the carnival was on, we were fortunate. Hope to go back to this wonderful island after all this is finished. God bless.

Sad to see some of my favourite restaurants in PDC shuttered. Same for my favourite hotels. I hope there will be some kind of return to normal soon.

We were supposed to leave Lanzarote on the 14th March. The day the shit hit the fan. Our flight was cancelled 4 hours before departure. The whole vibe on the island changed. Luckily we got on a rescue flight home on the 16th. It was carnage at the airport and I'm pretty sure not everyone got off the island and are still there. Mind you there were only 3 cases when we left.

OMG. I was there 3 weeks ago and situation was totally different. Whole town was full of life.:(

We are having so many problems in Lanzarote because hundreds of tourists should stay at home, apartments, hotels ... but no, they are out for a walk. They do not help the situation to improve, the only thing they achieve without respecting all of us who are attending to the government's orders staying at home, is to disrespect ourselves and make this situation more difficult. #Stay at home

Really is so sad it to be like this when it's usually packed with tourists.. we plan to go in August. I dont think we will be able to go now.

Am supposed to be comin there in May ️. God bless hopefully I will be coming another time when this has all died down!

We had to fly home from lanzarote today as flight was cancelled for next week. I hope everyone stays safe and we will all be in the clear soon. Can't wait to go back
