am i the only one who still doesn’t understand how the lightsaber combat works in this game?

A long long time ago, I was on a multiplayer server just hanging out with some folks. I went to explore the map and went down a long tunnel. When I got to the end of the tunnel a Duel notification popped up. I turned around and on the other end of a tunnel was another player. I accepted the duel and immediately did a wall run. When I got to the other player at the end of the tunnel, he did a horizontal slash at me, but I did the somersault jump off the wall dodging his attack and slashed him with my double lightsabers while I was upside down in mid air. This cut him in half and I won the duel with 1 hit. One of my most favorite gaming moments. So yes in my opinion Jedi Academy has the best lightsaber combat ever.

I just have to share this. It was the most epic start I ever had in Jedi Academy, and I will never forget it.

Such a damn good game. The multiplayer duel mode was so damn fun.

Jedi Academy was the pinnacle of lightsaber dueling. To this day, the Open Jedi Project modification for Jedi Academy is the best lightsaber dueling experience that you can hope to enjoy.
