My device also with this problem and my warranty just expired 4 days ago. I tried freezing it in a fridge...Tried the 2 buttons combo...etc...all just give me a temporary solution and suddenly it just went blank. It just died on me for a day.

My surface pro 4 won’t turn on, every time I press the power button it shows the Microsoft symbol and then just turns off and repeats over and over

For me it turns on but the Surface screen stays on the screen

Cracked my screen of the sp3 and it wouldnt turn on, kept showing "surface" put it in the freezer for a legit 15 mins or so and boom like it never cracked.... icant believe

I have the same issues except with a loose charger. The thing wont even turn on . To be honest, MS has gotten kinda lazy

Same problem with surface pro 4. No matter what I did nothing changed,, I'm going to try this freezing thing and see..who knows my be it'll come back.

Just remove the keyboard. Force shut down and power it back up. After it starts up normally, just plug keyboard back.

I held the power button down for 3 mins.. was timing it & just before the 3 mins was up - it turned on..
