What did you film the original on? - It might actually be the autofocus laser of the device that's filming the planet.

Laser "guide-stars" are used to adjust the shape of the mirror in large telescopes to compensate for atmospheric distortion. So, if someone with one of these large telescopes with an active mirror and laser guide-stars were training it on Saturn, you may see their laser beams in action too.
