Tom Jane is the Punisher, he's got the voice and his Punisher movie is so underrated. He was the greatest Punisher.

It's true, Disney's policy has always been family-friendly entertainment. But it is possible that Disney may give Marvel some leeway regarding on-screen violence, especially since The Avengers featured some violent scenes.
