Description
At Wambui Made It, I share various crafts and create easy-to-follow tutorials.

My name is Wambui Bahati. I am American - born in North Carolina in the USA.
As I was recovering and reinventing myself from a time in my life filled with many challenges, I felt reborn and decided to take on a new name. I was instructed that Wambui means SINGER OF SONGS in Swahili, and Bahati means MY FORTUNE IS GOOD. Wambui Bahati is my legal name.

I currently live in New York City. At this time, except for my grandchildren, I love crafting - making things with my hands - more than anything. I hope that we keep the arts of sewing, knitting, quilting, and papercrafts alive and well for future generations.

You may visit my HomeSite if you want to know more about me: wambui.com.

Thank you for visiting. Stay wonderful!!

I have just begun to use different looms for knitting. Your directions are the best I’ve seen. I love how you repeat instructions at a slow pace so I can work with you. You are so positive and I enjoy seeing the colorful projects you have made. Thank you!

Oh Gracious! THANK YOU for showing me the most beginning actions to take to start looming. I was in tears and about to throw my loom and yarn out the window!!!! I am so appreciative for you and so glad that I found your channel.

Wambui, you are an excellent teacher. You take your time and reshow the movement so that even a beginner with no experience can understand. By and far the best tutorials...Thank heaven for your patience and expertise. Paper instructions are so difficult to try to follow Thank you!
