My favorite scene in the movie. Interestingly, I never thought Ariel was in pain while she was being transformed. I thought the magic was tickling her body, and I always thought it looked like so much fun to be transformed, even when I saw this as a kid. I understand Ariel freaking out at not being able to breathe underwater, but I never imagined her being in pain in the bubble when I saw this scene.
