His down throw should be Zits where he grabs them and uses the drill to drill into them.

I think Rash's final smash could be his ultra combo from Killer Instinct

I feel like all three Battletoads could serve as different costumes, like Bowser Jr and the Minecraft characters. They could even give them different but similar victory animations like Byleth (speaking of which, how cool would it be to have that rocking pause beat playing after their victory animation?) I feel like it would be a waste to have just one, plus I'd love to hear the announcer saying all of their names!

Banjo made it into Smash but Rash would have been a much better pick imo he's more iconic than Banjo & Kazooie I never saw Banjo in Ready Player One, have a cross over with Double Dragon and appeared in KI.

It honestly seems like you’re confusing Tilts for Smash Attacks. You only really went through his Neutral Attack (which was really confusing to follow) and the rest were just Smash Attacks. However, some of the B attacks were pretty alright, like the Side-B and Neutral-B for instance. Overall though, I think your moveset needs a huge overhaul.
