You can technically kill almost every monster in the underground if you kill all of ruins, all of snowdin except for martlet kill everyone in the desert, kill all robots in the lava zone, and then have flowey kill martlet at the end, leaving only Ceroba to be the only one you can’t kill, all in a neutral run!
