Honk probably was scrapped because peinguins don’t have hands and in the backstory they played golf (the thing that made the fleas HAPPEN) so to not interfere with the backstory and also the fact that honk might interfere with storyline and cause some important moments to change (just my theory)

I THINK Honk got gone because he was taking the lead, but piggy wanted to, so they just probably left Honk somewhere and he never found his way back. Who knows, maybe he will appear again in one of the books. I hope Dav Pilkey brings him back.

Honk probably was in the critter scouts or he just met piggy . He had just moved to where the books take place but realised it was to hot for him so he moved back

Did you know that in captain underpants 9, peteys design was different. His arms and legs were used to be stick lines with dots on the ends. (Plus, dogmand head was rounder and the vacuum was originally smaller)
