Unleashed is the WCTV19’s daily television show.
The show contains community news, on campus events, and sports information. It is written, produced, and directed by WCTV19 News, Production, and Sports students.
The News class creates feature stories for Unleashed that spotlight people in our community.
The Productions class produces commercials and public service announcements.
The Sports class has a segment called the “Full Court Press” that airs every Friday.
Over the years, the show has earned numerous awards including Student Television Network’s Excellence award, a NATAS regional Emmy, and it was a key component that helped the program win US Education TV’s “Best Overall Network.”
The students who create Unleashed strive to follow the broadcast program’s motto: “We are teens documenting reality.”
