Guys, I have the source of the sample! :D It's taken from the "Complete Celt" collection by the Advance Media Group. Available for listening in the "Mountains of Mourn" demo track. The sample was probably performed by Andy Taylor (or has been programmed on a virtual instrument, not too sure about that).

This track suits waiting for turn if you're playing Life, Nature or Might. The default tune could suit Order, Death and Chaos. I think.

Bill Brow wrote OST to Lineage 2 long time before the game was released and finished.
