I think the reason why they accept nsfw but reject high quality work is cuz they use hots! So its probability, even if you "fix" it, it will still get rejected (this happened to me)

That's annoying I had to set my character to be 10 mels because my thing kept being call "low quality content" even though I worked super hard on it to make it high quality. It got accepted when I made it cost mels so yeah I think the moderators are purposely calling free high quality content low quality content so people have to set their thing to cost mels. and they are purposely accepting some free low quality content just to annoy people that wanted to make their thing free.
