Hi Dutch, Auckland, New Zeakand has just experienced the strangest summer. Even though we had an El-nino summer we should have had periodic rain. This is not strange but what was witnessed by the locals got real wierd!.

thank you dutchsinse for doing this...this gives real tangible documentation exposing their misdeeds to anyone who takes the time to look at it...i have held the same educated opinion as you about this weather modification...its simple really...if they used it in warfare in vietnam, then that means they are at war with us...
