I've read too many reviews with HORRIBLE customer service from Preform. I'm in the market for a treadmill and a bike, but will not buy their equipment. Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm sorry you had to go through this.

Wow, what a nightmare , and not to mention you could have been seriously injured in all this to begin with. That part kind of gets lost in the terrible service you encountered. And the thirty day warranty offer to boot! just crazy. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
