Description
Life is a journey, come with us!!! We cant go back in time, but we can take lessons from the past and apply them to our future, our family's future and our groups(Modern Survivalism)Here you will see hydroponics, camping, shooting, gardening, how-to and DIY projects. We will cook some good food, preserve and put back what we grow. We also grow community! Preparedness is just what our grandparents and great grandparents called LIFE. We will explore primitive and modern survivalism. How did our grandparents survive the Great Depression.? We raise chickens and ducks both for meat and eggs! We grow vegetables in our garden and can the bounty. We will discuss herbal foraging and possible old fashioned remedies. We will explore hydroponics, indoor gardening and greenhouse, hoop hoop management. Regardless of what you see on the news I want you to be prepared and proactive in a SHTF situation. We will look at raising bees, rabbits and quail as we develop the infrastructure.

I did that once on a mower, but I pulled the tire off the rim on one side and used foam pool noodles in hoops to line the inside of the tire. then popped it back on reseed the bead and spray foam. gave me alot more tire flex as soft ride. works very well.

Worked just fine for me.... Thank You very much for posting. I did a wheelbarrow tire with one can of DOW Great Stuff Big Gap Filler for 6.99. Wood not want to use tubes because they pop too.

When all else fails, read the directions. These cans are designed to be used upside down. Also, if you were to use the "large gap filler", it would only take one can. The large gap would probably fill 2 or 3 tires. I saw below about putting air in the tire first which is correct. These products need air for the chemicals to activate.

Have you tried taking the valve stem out of the valve to insert the foam into the tire then put the valve stem back in after wards?

Would filling the tire with packing peanuts before the foam work?
bigredmudders3880 (47 minutes ago)
how many cans do you think will tack to fill up 2 tires of foam to the rear wheels on a ride mower
bigredmudders3880 (51 minutes ago)
what would you use for a derby mower tires so if someone hits your wheels it won't blow out
