How often it is possible yo spear near waterford? I mean because of weather conditions, swells and viz. Can you spear most of the days or no? Im planning to move to Ireland and was looking at waterford since it near shore and a bit sunnier

And also what depths do you dive? And how about fish? Are there plenty?
