I like the way you use the wire tray over the paint pots with canvas underneath so paint not wasted. Iβm just starting to do this sort of painting.

Use a cheap disposable tin foil baking dish to catch the drips underneath (even if you want to use the canvas). It's not as messy and saves a lot of clean up !

If you add Floetrol to each paint color in a cup before you do the dirty pour,(about 25% it's a paint conditioner) it will flow better. Also, thick paint tends to crack as it dries. You can buy it at Home Depot or Lowes

Floetrol is an expensive medium. PVA works just as well. 1 part paint 1 part pva glue add water to make a double cream like consistency. Paint may crack in time without pva... Great work though. Just expensive if you intend to do more.

There are paints made for pouring, that are much thinner, but have a lot of pigment (so thin is not bad).

After making the liquid wetter via conditioner, capture runoff in cup for rocks.

You need to work on your paint mix and maybe add a flow enhancer.

you should add pva glue to the paint and a few drops of silicone for paint pouring
