I honestly thought Dmitri was the most evil. He’s pretty much on Henry’s tail throughout the entirety of Fleeing the Complex, runs The Wall like the staff are also prisoners, and even after that game, he even proves to go after any of the other organizations, EVEN SOME OF HIS OWN COHORTS, just to get to Henry.
