The clips at the beginning legit made me feel ill because those are NOT men at all, in any shape or form. A true man is one who is stoic, strong, wise, a provider, a protector, a teacher, a learner, a father and a friend. Never apologise for being a man.

Was thinking to myself the other day, probably the best male role model from fiction I can think of is Aragon from LOTR. He's a powerful and strong defender to keep the monsters at bay but also kind, compassionate, caring and nurturing. He can lead with respect and inspire those he leads but also BE led and follow with no issue or hit to his ego. He really is the ultimate paragon and someone we should all aspire to be.

Doesn't matter how many times we get knocked down brothers, WE MUST RISE , no matter how hard it is.

I just started my journey a few weeks ago kings i want to go from skinny 50kg to 65kg everybody wish me good luck.

The combination of showing the immorality and weakness in the world followed by the strong and dedicated is the best thing to motivate me to embrace the suck!
