Steph’s “Hi Ennard” at 43:58 always sounds so adorable. It’s the half after fright, half “well that just happened” that makes it sound so gentle.

I just realized that “you won’t die” is one of the things Ennard says to you. I wonder if that is one of the things that was overlooked so Scott emphasized it in his next installment (having the line repeated over and over after Literal Purple Guy vomits up Ennard in the custom night update).

I thought of a theory that I haven't seen anyone say. What if Handunit (The robot AI that guides through the rooms) isn't actually there? What if it's just baby/ennard? If so, then when he tells you to run through ballora gallery, then baby tells you not to, it's baby trying to make you trust her. And in the fake ending when he says "Due to the sensitive nature of the information contained here, you will not be allowed to leave until 6 AM." That would suit ennard very well, having you not be able to leave while he kills you.

Why does Baby refer to herself as Baby. Shouldn't she say I?

so I doubt this will get looked at before it's buried in the comments but I thought of something rather odd while they were redoing night 5 over and over. In part&service, Baby first asks you to save the good in her by taking the chip. She tells you outright that the chip is whatever good conscience was in her. She doesn't mention sending you to the scooping room until you take the chip. She is obviously still active, but the 'good' part of her isn't apart of the whole anymore. Her instructions change. She's still 'pretending' to be doing good, but she's sending you to the scooping room at that point. I think Baby has struggled with whatever duality is in her programming since the day she devoured the little girl. And once you take the good part out, the bad part has the freedom to send you off to the scooping room without any qualms.
