I personally think that whaddle was originally planned for bone island. While I think whaddle is a good fire triple, I’d say thrumble is my favorite. Thrumble worked better with the tone of bone island so whaddle was scrapped. It’s a good loop though, so they re used it for amber island. I think it works, on both amber and bone, but thrumble was just a better pick for bone

This sound is when whaddle was supposed to go on this island. Before the magical, Dave Kerr planned for a bunch of fire islands. Bone island was going to be flum ox’s island

In other words, Whaddle was basically made to mimic Bone Island’s chorus because either 1. BBB got lazy after creating PongPing for both MSM 1 & DoF or 2. BBB wanted to do a funny and have Whaddle be experimental on Amber Island to mix different grooves together.
