You saved my grabber. A few more minutes of trying unsuccessfully to open this thing probably would have driven me to seeing how far I could throw it or beating it against the wall until it was unrecognizable. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for taking the time to film this, we were totally stumped how to open it. Who knew it was this easy I really do agree there should be instructions for this because you are frightened of breaking it.
