Specialized is a great backpack for firearms and stamina builds but not the best for electronics. You're getting 200% of a pair of really low numbers. Basically an extra 11,000 skill power. About the same as a minor on a piece of gear. Inventive backpack gives you 15% of a huge number and scales up with a Tactician stack. So my base skill power is 330,000. I get 15% of that. That's 49,500 extra skill power. Then the Tact stack. At 330,000 skill power,I get 99,000 bonus skill power for the stack. Now I'm at 429,000 skill power and that's the number Inventive works off of. So when at full health with a full stack,my skill power is right at 500,000. The best way to get the Tact stack is a pulse turret but since you run a heal skill,use a really high ROF weapon. Even if it's a lower gear score. Mine is a GS 204 LVOA-C. The low gear score also makes all gun talents unlocked on a 100% electronics build. I use gun talents that proc with my turret and also buff my seeker mines.

off subject a little bit...how do I unlock "challenging mode" in the weekly assignments? I have to do a mission on that mode but its greyed out and I cant seem to find how on youtube. oh and how can I get intel for, I thinks its underground? sorry about all the questions lol
