Hi, I just bought a different nest box for my parakeet couple because they have layed eggs before but never hatched they’re on their third batch right now. Is that coconut fiber beneath the eggs? Or do you not provide anything for them to lay them on? Idk what to do I feel she’s getting stressed because they’re not hatching.

My budgie only laid 2 eggs , one broke and the other one has an embryo in it (i checked) the last time she laid an egg was on the 14th and I'm concerned since there usually should be about 4 - 6 why'd she only lay 2? And is it still possible for another egg to come ??
