i LOVE how eggman is portrayed here. its like eggmans been ITCHING to fight bowser, how he snickers and laughs as he fights him sounds like hes eager to prove his superiority. even the mostly pointless catfishing just shows how much eggman wants to show he can easily mess with bowser before announcing his forceful takeover of bowsers kingdom

The fact that Neo Metal gave a thumbs up was probably the most harmless and Sonic-like thing he ever did.

I could watch this fight a million times and never get tired of it.

What i loved about this Death Battle is, despite not actually being in the Death Battle itself both Sonic and Mario are represented in some way through Metal Sonic and Shadow Mario

2:49-2:53 I love how in sync Metal Sonic and Sage are because the second he knocks Bowser back. She follows up with a barrage of badniks looked cool tbh

It was actually pretty close. I count two killshots on Bowser, but one was countered by his son and the other by it not being enough to nope his Dry Bowser transformation. At that point, the respective strategies won the day. Robotnik used up all his minions, while Bowser still had backup. Metal Sonic both carried Ivo HARD and kinda screwed them thanks to him pissing off Bowser enough to knock the brakes off.

It took me few time to realise Metal Sonic pushed eggman away before shielding himself at 2:23-2:24

This wasn't just a battle it was an entire war.

There's no way Bowser just black flashed Eggman

Mario: Let's go, Bowser! You can do it!

I had a co-worker point something out about this fight i didnt think about at first. Eggman stayed behind his units and treated them all as pawns. Bowser stood at the front of all his minions and took everything that Eggman's army was throwing them instead of hiding
