Hi, I'm Sahreth and I'm a diagnosed schizophrenic. I'll be sharing with you not only stories and moments about my own struggle with schizophrenia, but informational videos to teach more about the illness as well as helping others to cope with their own symptoms.

My current official diagnoses are schizoaffective disorder (depressive subtype, which basically just means schizophrenia combined with major depressive disorder) and PTSD. I've also struggled with sleep disorders, including somniphobia. I'll be sharing about all of these things, but the main focus of the channel is the schizophrenia spectrum of disorders.

Please feel free to ask questions! I will do my best to answer them all in a timely fashion. Suggestions on what videos to make next are also welcome!
