This school was originally built in 1966, a reasonable time period for these alarms. What's amazing is how the school kept them all working and looking like new, even today! I’ve been to the building for various summer camps, it truly is incredible!

This reminds me of the fire drills that were conducted during my kindergarten days and the buzzer was something similar to the one heard in this clip, only that one sounded a continuous.

Originally Faraday was the one that owned the alarm (there model was 5410). Soon simplex rebranded this model which made it the 4050 (Also Simplex, Siemens, and Ceberus Pyrotronics rebranded all of Faradays and Federal Signals devices and pull stations.)
