I feel like the disjointed, weak tone of voice is very much in line with the colony based parisitic life of most fungi. Beautifully done, only critique would be to lean more into the human lines, they need some love too. I will say though, the way the breaths played with the echo and effects gave it a perfectly inhuman presence.

Whatever that might be, lives on. Its much more scarrier than yelling persons phisical incapability to kill a fungi
