Let's take a moment to realize that Albotross only had a couple,e of chapters in this whole franchise but still managed to take the Fandom by storm

2:06 is my favourite part- the twitching is gross but so well made, i love how well its drawn!!

Most albatross maps/amvs I've seen paint him as a well-meaning, yet stern father figure to Fathom, when that's not the case in the book at all. Albatross' dialogue with Lagoon (as well as a few letters in the guide) show he was jealous of Fathom, wanting to be the only animus. And I love that this map shows it. When he snaps, he says he wants to watch Fathom die, rather than just sending a knife after him. He wanted to be sure there was no more competition. And all the parts are so well animated, especially that bit with the mantis (I love mantises)

I absolutely love the sketch style of the last few seconds when Fathom kills Albatross, it feels real

OKAY MY PART IS SUPER MINOR BUT IT WAS STILL A JOY TO WORK ON THIS MAP AND THIS IS AWESOME
