@bridgejr1 its a BOV tht ur hearing. the turbo spools up and to release the pressure the air passes out the BOV. tht sneeze is the BOV the turbo is mroe of a whine sound u can have a turbo car without the sneeze BOV sound. and evo's come stock with the turbo so he didnt need to put it in. but yea ur right about the cost and everything, big bucks
