This place is really run down with half the shops empty. It was a buzz initially but management wouldn't allow signage in English so it failed to attract non Chinese people. Most overs3as Chinese probably didn't go there because they able to buy products cheaper from China. A lot of the stores have the $2 shop type of goods.
