Zelko and Dani did meet and it was filmed in a documentary. Dani had by that time retired from the military and was working as (of all things) a baker. The only man to shoot down a stealth aircraft became a baker.

In Serbia, the response to this was huge. They even made posters on which they had a photo of the plane, with a tagline that said "Sorry, we didn't know it was invisible"

A Frenchman here. Thank you very much for not using a soulless AI for the audio of your documentary. The commentator has a strong American accent but remains very understandable and is not annoying like a robot would be. Keep up the good work

Reportedly, the Serbian SAM battery commander observed a regular pattern with US air strikes and he put that knowledge to use. That doesn't diminish the achievement in any way. He adapted to the situation and bagged a Nighthawk. Though I'm American, I admire his skill.
