i found this channel by looking at the URL and saw it was 1veritasium and thought i wonder what the normal veritasium is so i removed the 1 and pressed enter

I found it on social blade from searching veritasium. I still love you. Don't care about uploads. I still want to subscribe. You've changed my life man.

Youtube should be able to re-direct traffic from /veritasium to /1veritasium... I know they've done that for other channels (/candyrat re-directs to /rpoland, and /robscallon redirects to /robs70986987, for a couple examples). If you have some kind of contact at Youtube you should ask them about doing that for you, you're a big enough channel that they should help you out

LOL! I was too lazy to search for the channel within my subscriptions, so I just entered the name (yeah, writing the URL made total sense in my head) and I was like WHAAA WHERE ARE THE VIDEOS?!?!

I found this channel by stumbling across a site that ranked all the youtube channels. The top channels were mostly full of stuff I had never heard of, so I wanted to see where the channels I watch rank. I typed "veritasium" in the search box, and it pulled up this channel with very low rankings, so I had to check it out.

I found this channel in one of the suggested channel list. Since I am already subscribed to your real channel (the 1veritasium one), maybe YouTube suggested me this channel. I don't know.
